Lignocaine

Lignocaine — known internationally as lidocaine — is a fast-acting local anaesthetic that briefly numbs the area where it is applied. In men's health products it appears in sprays and creams that gently reduce penile sensitivity, helping to delay ejaculation and extend intercourse. Because it works locally on nerve endings and wears off within the hour, it offers a simple, non-hormonal way to last longer without touching desire or arousal.

Apply the product 10–15 minutes before intercourse and use the lightest effective dose. Wipe off any excess — or use a condom — so the numbing effect does not transfer to your partner. Occasional mild irritation can occur; avoid use on broken skin and stop if burning or rash appears.
